We hope you love your purchase. Eligible items may be returned in accordance with the consumer rights applicable in your country.
For eligible standard products, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to make a return.
Conditions for return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
- All original tags must remain attached
- Items should be returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible
Custom-made, made-to-measure, altered, or clearly personalised products, including customised blouse tailoring, may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns where permitted by applicable law.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with further return instructions.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Return shipping costs are normally the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Fabric & Care: Please follow the care instructions provided with each garment. Geethas is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, cleaning, storage, or handling.
Stock Availability: In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you and offer an alternative where available or provide a full refund for the unavailable item.
